Service Description
EKO Mobile Service only works with Board Certified Ky Medical Professionals. In order to be certified to assess the need of an individual for a Kentucky Medical Marijuana Card, there is a certification process set by the respective governing boards of Kentucky doctors and nurses, which includes several hours of ongoing education regarding the use of Medical Marijuana. Our affiliates have completed all necessary requirements to be certified to help qualifying individuals obtain their Kentucky Medical Marijuana Card. After the visit, the patient will need to have their paperwork Notarized and send it in to the Kentucky Medical Marijuana Board with the $25 fee, for final determination.
Cancellation Policy
Kentucky Medical Marijuana Card Renewals can be done by Tele visit, rather than in person. Because of this, the fee must be paid entirely online and cannot be refunded if you miss the appointment time.
