Cancellation Policy
The initial $25 booking fee is non-refundable. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for outright cancellations. However, we want to make sure you don't lose your place in line or your money. If you call at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment (same day / different time), we’ll do our best to accommodate you without any additional fees.
